
It’s my birthday! Today, I am 30.
A thing I’m thinking about on this birthday are habits and routines, the ones I’m trying to adopt, the ones I’ve had forever, the ones I’m trying to get rid of. Chewing my nails, for instance–I’ve done that for as long as I can remember and I’m finally trying to stop it.
I’m trying to develop some more solid routines around my writing and the work I do relevant to that. It’s hit or miss, though, and I wonder if I’ve just tried to start too big. How do you try and develop a new habit or routine? Any tips?
