Some things I’ve been trying recently that have been working for me:
- Finch, a selfcare app. This is a very sweet little app! Reach out if you’d like me to add you as a friend. It’s nice to think about wellness a little bit each day, and they have really fun events–currently, the theme is Supergirl!
- Free writing/stream of consciousness writing, loosely based on some skills I learned about somatic poetry from CAConrad. I’m going to have a poem from those soon, and we’ll see if there’s anything there.
- Not chewing my nails. This one is actually huge??? I’ve chewed my nails for as long as I can remember. I’ve been using press-ons to try and break the habit, and so far so good! It’s just weird to have nails now, I keep scratching myself too hard.
